Re-evaluating one self, learning continuously, letting go, overcoming fear, all in order to be free and accountable. The demand and pressure in our daily work and privat lives increase constantly. 

Where do you see yourself in 3 to 5 years? (Company, position, responsibility, activity, location) If you wish to maintain the status quo, all is well for now: you have a job and you earn a living.

If, on the other hand, you wish to move forwards / evolve: what will you undertake to achieve this? Offer solutions and negotiate conditions with your employer, mainly time and capital investment.
